Hello and welcome to today's blog post! I'm currently in my first month of my spring semester here at college, and let me tell you, it's been a joyful and productive start to the semester. What made this month so productive and fulfilling are the habits I began implementing during my day. More specifically, my nighttime routine. Last semester I would sleep for four to six hours a night, which led to stress, tiredness, forgetfulness, and just an overall rough semester. I didn't want to be suffering needlessly, especially if the solution was simple; I decided to make a change. Today, I want to share a handful of tips that will improve your sleep. Let's jump in!
